They gave 48 hrs from the time they received a non refundable deposit no matter that cost me additional plane ticket cost and didn’t fit my schedule. Finance person tried to sell me a warranty and when that didn’t work his only focus was getting through the process with as little explanation of the paperwork as possible. He acted like it as an inconvenience that I wanted to inspect the car and talk to the service manager before finalizing the deal. Even though I accommodated their pickup schedule and was at the dealership 90 minutes before any of them I still had to wait 30 minutes to get my car since they didn’t have it prepped or even first in line to be prepped to go out the door when they knew I had a long drive ahead of me. I told them I need paperwork for plates within 21 days so I can meet my states requirements. We’ll see how that works out More

I wanted to say a huge thanks to Service Advisor Alex Hottman and the employee that worked on my vehicle. My vehicle was leaking oil and my serpentine belt came off. I did not realize how unsafe my Hottman and the employee that worked on my vehicle. My vehicle was leaking oil and my serpentine belt came off. I did not realize how unsafe my vehicle was, but I knew something was wrong. Alex maintained communication and professionalism even at times when I was frustrated. There was a wait in my vehicle being diagnosed due to the shortage in staff, but once it was diagnosed Alex explained what steps would be taken to identify the issue, the cause and how to fix it. As a single vehicle car owner the wait was stressful, but in the end I was relieved Alex and the team found the issue and were able to fix it. More
