That is terrible customer service. I was told that a technician quit that day and they were overbooked.Ok fine but let me know that and I can bring it back some other time. To take a vehicle back to the garage and not do anything is wrong. I received a comped oil change but I don't know if I can waste another whole day for a simple oil change. You have some issues there and I hope you can fix them More
