My service agent Aaron Pewnew greeted me at 7:30am & was very good. He explained every thing in detail & I was very satisfied. The tech who changed the oil forgot to change the gauge to 100% from 40%. I can very good. He explained every thing in detail & I was very satisfied. I am first time chevy customer. I bought equinox ev 2 months ago at different dealership and have bad experience about service so I decided to had service at arrowhead and i am very I bought equinox ev 2 months ago at different dealership and have bad experience about service so I decided to had service at arrowhead and i am very satisfy with service. Ryan was very helpful and i got an update about my vehicle during service. It took about 2 weeks to get my car back because of the warranty and waiting for part to be delivered but Chevy provided rental car which was great. I am highly recommend Auto nation Chevrolet Arrowhead. More
