Communication was insufficient; every contact with the dealership was initiated by me, either through phone calls or in person visits. It was overly challenging to obtain information about the status of dealership was initiated by me, either through phone calls or in person visits. It was overly challenging to obtain information about the status of my vehicle repair. The repairs required ordering of parts, which caused delays in completing the repairs. This was understandable. However, a week would pass between status updates with no clear understanding provided as to the reason for delay. Ultimately the vehicle spent 30 days in for repair. The technicians did a good job, and repairs appear to be completed effectively. However, the bad communication reflected poorly on the dealership overall - especially considering we were also purchasing a new vehicle during the time this vehicle was in for repairs. More
