Had an appointment to view and conclude my trade at 3 pm. The Tahoe advertised was not there, but was at their Pembroke store. Their website said it was at the Coral Gables location, otherwise I’d have concl The Tahoe advertised was not there, but was at their Pembroke store. Their website said it was at the Coral Gables location, otherwise I’d have concluded the deal in Pembroke Pines. Nonetheless they say it will be here in one hour. At 7:30, almost 4 and 1/2 later it arrives. My car value exceeds the Tahoe price so they owe me over $4,000 and said they would mail a check in 10 days. Their web says they pay via Zelle same day. Then their deal sheet quotes retail not their web advertised $2,500 reduction. They fix that. Then the deal sheet shows over $5,000 in sales tax, when none is due. They fix that. Third deal sheet shows things I did but agree to such as finish warranty and still gas sales tax. They fix that. Next deal sheet still shows tax. They fix that. Next deal sheet shows a price almost $8,000 over our agreed deal. This is a cash, free and clear trade, simply one would think. Their finance guy says they have to show the high price, Bullcrap. The incompetence, the deceit,, the outright lies are inconceivable in today’s business world. There was zero customer respect, just a bunch of xx. They could eliminate this thru employing AI and hiring better people. The stink runs down from the general manager who tried to excuse off their incompetence. In 70 years of life I’ve bought alot of cars, my trade this time was my Aston Martin. This trade for the Tahoe was singularly the worst experience with a dealer in my life. the founder of autonation was Wayne Huizenga, a gentleman in every respect. Were he still alive he’d be pissed at what a den iof incompetence this location has become. More
