I bought a car from them because I was looking for a good price and a few people recommended me to go with autonation. I arrived to the place and I was greeted by a sales representative who led me to the c price and a few people recommended me to go with autonation. After a drive test I noticed that the AC was not working properly and also the lock of the back door was not working. They ensured me that they inspect everything in the car and that this was just a minor issue that would be fixed in no time. This was on Sunday. I called on Monday to see if everything was fixed and they said that they had to order a part and that It was not going to be ready until Friday. I picked the vehicle on Wednesday and everything seemed in order. Three days later the back door lock was not working again. I took it to the dealer again and they took another two days to fix it. I used the car for a week after that and the battery light on my board went off. I took it to the dealer and they could not fix it. A week after the AC stopped working again. I took it again and they had the car for a week. They said they had to make some major changes. I picked the car and everything seemed normal until a week ago the battery light started going off again. So I have had the car for about a months and it has been back in the dealer for about 2 weeks. ________________________________________________________________________________ After writing the above review I was contacted by the dealer. They provided us with a rental and the car was taken into the garage to fix the issue. It took them only two days to change the alternator. We have had the car for four days now and no issues. I would proceed with caution when buying from them again. More
