I took my car in yesterday 11/30 for an oil change. I had an appointment at 8:45 and got there early to check in. We didn’t end up leaving until about 11:30. I was getting extremely frustrated since it I had an appointment at 8:45 and got there early to check in. We didn’t end up leaving until about 11:30. I was getting extremely frustrated since it was hard because I had my toddler with me. The service rep Juan was extremely kind and apologized for the wait multiple times. At the end he didn’t charge us due to this and that was above and beyond what I expected to happen. There was an issue early in the morning that caused the wait and I just appreciated him letting me know and then also covering the costs. Great customer service! Great communication! Thank you!!! More
