My recent visit was to fix a tire that had a nail in it. As small as my issue may be to some, it mattered to me as I’m in my 70’s and have had to add air to my tire almost daily until I got it in to be checked out; thought maybe a slow leak or faulty tire valve or bent rim. Glad it was just a nail and AutoNation repaired and sent me on my way. Anytime I leave here, my car “feels” good like it just had a checkup. Great service techs, courteous and always professional.

Earnhardt’s is the best dealership in regards to experience, service, knowledge, inventory. I have purchased three cars, my first car, family car, and now the newest car. I will continue to purchase vehicles from here and so will my husband. We really appreciate the service that was given to us right from the beginning. He also gave me daily updates while waiting for the parts to get in.

What a rip off the service dept. is, $245 diagnostic check on a item I took in for warranty, I even gave the the code it was showing and as a courtesy they checked other items and charged me the fee. NEVER GOING BACK! I love Chevy Hate Chapman.
