My car makes a noise, I was told someone drove it around and couldn’t find it. When I went to pick up my car I was given a bill for $130ish and when I asked what that was for I was told Preston put it in and couldn’t find it. When I went to pick up my car I was given a bill for $130ish and when I asked what that was for I was told Preston put it in for an oil change and tire rotation… I told her to look at the records and see my car had been in the month prior for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got my car the seat was pushed all the way back & leaned back so far too. I’m frustrated with all if it! So now I need to work with my regular service advisor Chase to schedule time bringing my car back to have the tires rotated back to what they were… It just seemed a little chaotic and unorganized. We brought our car in for a transmission flush and a recall. The staff were very friendly, the car was completed within the same day and the end cost was lower than we had expected. Oil change and tire rotation was done as expected. Auto stop was not working and I had asked that they check that out during this service. I had left my car the night before. My appointment was at 8:0 Auto stop was not working and I had asked that they check that out during this service. I had left my car the night before. My appointment was at 8:00 AM. At 12:30 PM I called to see if my car was done. I was told that they were still trying to find the problem with the Auto Stop. I told them that I had appointments at 2:00 PM and needed my car back. I was told to come to the dealership and if they didn't have it fixed, I could bring it back at a later date. I was not happy with that! They sent their shuttle service to pick me up approx. 1:15PM. When I got to the dealership my car was done, I paid my bill and I drove home! Note: they had checked with GM and was told to check my battery for a weak cell. I had a weak cell so the battery was replaced and that corrected my auto stop problem. I feel It should not have taken that long to figure out my cars problem. More
