First time in 5 visits that my LOF and Tire rotation was finished in under 4 hours. My vehicle was not washed as it should have been, and I wish they would return my seat and backrest to the position they w finished in under 4 hours. The service department at Auto Nation is by far, the worst we have ever dealt with in the 15+ years we have owned Chevy trucks. We had a leaking rear window, filed an extended warranty claim, picked up worst we have ever dealt with in the 15+ years we have owned Chevy trucks. We had a leaking rear window, filed an extended warranty claim, picked up the truck and it was still leaking. Took it back to address that issue and had a check engine light, charged us $169 to update software, only to have a new error light “Shift to Park” when we picked it up. Scheduled another appointment, took it in, only to be told that they couldn’t look at it for another week? What’s the point of scheduling an appointment. Chase said he would call us after a week to get it in. Then just received a text that they can't have open tickets with the vehicle not there. We cannot be without a vehicle for a week while they diagnose it. Told him that this was unacceptable, so he cancelled our ticket. This dealership has zero customer service, they do not care about the customer or their time. Obviously they do not stand behind their work either. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste any time there. I'd give a zero if possible. Check engine light came on, reduced power on freeway going 80, down to 40 within 15 secs, had to swerve lanes to avoid a collision. Set apt at dealer Check engine light came on, reduced power on freeway going 80, down to 40 within 15 secs, had to swerve lanes to avoid a collision. Set apt at dealership for 12/26 (next opening) took it to the dealership was told to wait to be checked in. Waited 50 mins because Jennifer decided to just help people at her desk instead of taking customers in the order they arrived When I finally got to her she had a really poor attitude. I immediately expressed she didn't need to come at me like that especially after I waited unnecessarily. She expressed she was short-handed and what did I expect. So I told her that wasn't my fault they were short-handed and she was behaving very unprofessional and there was no need for it. Finally, after an eye roll and gruff she went to look at my car. Came back in immediately and said the check engine light was no longer on and I needed to bring it back when it was. I expressed my spouse reset it so I could drive here and asked to check the code history. She refused and told me to leave. I walked out really frustrated and then decided to go to the manager instead, who wasn't much help either. The code my car threw came from a known nationwide warranty he expressed if he couldn't get the engine light to come on then they wouldn't fix it because he might have to pay for the part. He kept my car for 4 days to do nothing. Said something about the battery connector, but the battery was fine, and did not fix anything. Next day battery was completely dead. I took it to someone else to replace it and now just waiting for my check engine light to come back on. The manager was also unprofessional complaining he didn't have enough techs but the organization keep scheduling appointments. That is not the customer's problem, he should have worked through that internally, but I got poor service because they didn't have time to adequately assess my vehicle. More
I was satisfied with the job they did to my car what I wasn’t satisfies is that they wanted to charge me an inspection fee for check, engine, light, and another inspection fee for shift to gear. wasn’t satisfies is that they wanted to charge me an inspection fee for check, engine, light, and another inspection fee for shift to gear. Service, I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to check on warning messages I was getting for "Service Brake Assist", Service Brake ESC and 2 others. In the meantime, I had to have my battery jumped check on warning messages I was getting for "Service Brake Assist", Service Brake ESC and 2 others. In the meantime, I had to have my battery jumped twice, The day before my appointment, I got an email saying that I would bring my car in for my appointment on Jan 3rd and it would take 1 WEEK TO DIAGNOSE IT. I called immediately to clarify and they said, yes you will bring it in and it will sit here for one week before anyone can look at it. I asked what was the point of an appointment if they would let it sit there for a week before being diagnosed, when I could have my car safely in my garage at home until they could actually look at it. When I told the service person that my battery was dying she did tell me to bring it right in that day to have the battery tested. I did and they said I needed a new battery. I do appreciate that they addressed that immediately and also applied a 25% off coupon I had. But why would they have people bring there car in and have it sit there for a week before being diagnosed and they do not have loaner cars, but offer to rent you one for 40.00 a day. I drive all day with my job and cannot be without a vehicle for a week. What is the point of making an appointment and have to be without your car for a week and then be without it longer as they actually fix it after being diagnosed? More
