Showed up at 9:30 for a 10:30 service appt (oil change and tire rotation). When I dropped the vehicle, the service advisor said "we'll get it right in." At 1:21 I still had not received a status update (as it was an oil change and a tire rotation, I expected NO MORE THAN 1.5-2 hours), so I called the dealership and was told my service advisor was busy and would call me back. At 2:11 I still had not heard back, so I emailed the service advisor. Nothing. My wife finally called, after being transferred and placed on hold for AT LEAST 20 minutes, my service advisor finally picked up the phone and said they still had not even STARTED the service. I was already on my way to pick up the vehicle so I told them don't even touch it. I guess if you're "waiting" you get priority service, versus if you drop the vehicle and leave? How about whomever has the first appointment gets first service? Didn't know that if you want your APPOINTMENT to matter you have to sit and wait for the vehicle. ZERO communication is the biggest disappointment. I got home and got online to Autonation Chevrolet in MESA...they had service spots available as early as 7:30 TOMORROW so I took the first convenient appointment for me. I'm only hoping that, because it is also Autonation, they do a better job...we shall see. The good news is that they can't do a WORSE job! More

My appointment was at 10am, my truck wasn't pulled in to get worked on till after 11am. Was Quoted an hour for the time it was going to take to do the service, took almost 2 hours before I was leaving the d get worked on till after 11am. This part is not the tech fault but the tool boxes I purchased through the my Chevrolet app did not fit as described so I had to return the tool boxes. I was very disappointed that the tool boxes didn't work out. More
This dealership is awful. I purchased my vehicle from them and when I had a minor paint scratch on my bumper I took it to them to get it fixed. They had the car for a few days and fixed it. The bumper looked great when I got the car back. However the blind spot monitoring system was no longer working. They tried to tell me that I didn’t have that option on my vehicle. I have a high country edition and the only feature that I do not have is the in-seat entertainment. Besides that my vehicle has it all. I took my car to them 3 times over a 6 month period and they even cancelled an appointment during this time too. Each time they had the vehicle they never even touched it. Finally I got the vehicle fixed and it took them less than 6 hrs to fix it. This dealership is awful. I will never come to them again for anything. Their service sucks and their employees are extremely rude. More
Took my vehicle for 1st oil change. Told them I have an appointment at noon and was told the vehicle would be done by 1130. At 1130 the tech left his bay and went to the opposite end of the shop and started messing around. At 1140 I got ahold of the service writer because the tech still wasnt back to his bay and I needed my car to go to my appointment. Dont promise a time if you cant meet it. More
