I made an appointment, took my truck in for service and was told it would be a week to week and a half before they could even look at the vehicle but I had to leave the vehicle there so it was available wh was told it would be a week to week and a half before they could even look at the vehicle but I had to leave the vehicle there so it was available when they had the chance to get to it. I was also told they would not pay for a rental car until it was determined that the problem was under warranty. I called a week later and they said it would be another week and a half to two weeks before they could look at it. I called other dealerships and found one that could look at it within a day so I picked up my vehicle the following day and took it to the other dealership. Of note, one of the dealerships I called was also on a week wait but they put their customers name on a list and call them when it is their “turn” for service. This allows the customer to keep their vehicle until it is actually going to be looked at. It seems like this is a much better way to do business. Lastly, one of the items I was taking it in for was the Driver Assist which was never repaired the last time I took it in for service. I was told at that time that the technician didn’t find the problem. More
