If you look online there are multiple reviews that I have given all 5 star. Infact, per Chris Primbas in service department request, I have even created new email addresses to leave more reviews to help him given all 5 star. Infact, per Chris Primbas in service department request, I have even created new email addresses to leave more reviews to help him get promoted. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. If you check my reviews you’ll see that. I even have the very top seen 5 star review for AutoNation. What happened before I left Florida is inexcusable and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Because I asked for them to clean up water in my trunk from a manufacture defect of water coming in that multiple other car men have expressed was a defect. And even if it wasn’t a defect, I do appreciate them cleaning it. But I also bought 4 new tires. One free bc April deal. Also an alignment Chris Primbas refused to price match Tire Kingdom price. His exact words “absolutely not.” Still okay. I get it. I was getting the 4 for 3 tire deal. Still I was shocked on how he responded, but I understand it’s business. But what did the service department do to my car for after a year of pleading with him to look at the water leak, and please clean it up before my move, resentful I was firm on getting it taken care of? The trunk they cleaned. The front water still to this day comes out. Okay. Fine. If that truly was a favor. But bc I asked for a favor, the 2 good old expensive tires I asked to get back after putting new set on. Two tires barely used I wanted to resell for gas money back to Ohio. Two tires they obviously wanted to keep themselves. Chris gave the tires back. With a concerned face reassuring me he’s always had my back. Very paranoid and guilty. I’m a prison social worker and mental health therapist so I pick up on this. But okay. Still I’m pleasant. He said they washed my car. Thank you again. Even though the passenger window looked fogged up. But I used to work in customer service too. People try and sometimes things aren’t perfect, but when someone does a service for you. I try to be grateful. Thought I could just windex it off later. My neigbor is a car guy and goes to sell my tires. There was knife slits all over the tires and the inner rubber shredded up. He said if I would had sold those to someone them not knowing, they could had died. I later go to clean my passenger window. Nothing got it off. Finally reaching Ohio my brother gives me Goo-Gone. It was white sparkly spray paint residue they purposely sprayed on to mess with me. They even went as far as cutting a small goudge into my passenger window to tint and glass. I have proof of all of this. I have always given this company 5 stars and spoke very highly. My one review had even gotten over 90,000 views. And bc I asked them to clean out water that was destroying my trunk. Even though I was spending a grand. And have given Chris Primbas so many 5 star reviews that I’m confident it raised him to management. They do this. Chris even tried to raise the price from what he promised me when I returned to get my car. I have never had a business take such advantage of me being a female. Never had a business destroy my property. Pure vandalism. I have zero respect left for Greenacres AutoNation. I’m not saying the company AutoNation itself is bad. But, if I hadn’t left West Palm Beach and my father on hospice. I would had addressed this a month ago and pressed charges. Instead I texted Chris multiple times with my findings to his company phone. Awaiting an apology and acknowledgment so I wouldn’t have to write this review. And I received no such luck. So here is the truth. Take it how you want. But I do not lie. More
