I only dealt with their service department. Scheduled an oil change via AutoNation for my Ford Mustang. Car remained untouched for 75 min, into the bay untouched for another 45 min, I asked about the delay... was advised they are a Chevy dealer and awaiting Ford parts....If I had known this issue from the start, I would have gone to Valvoline, they treat a customer with more respect.. after a total of 3 hours, they didn't even update my window sticker...lol More

The service advisor was courteous, but I specifically explained and verbally confirmed the inspection I wanted before leaving the truck. Unfortunately, that request was not followed, and only the standar explained and verbally confirmed the inspection I wanted before leaving the truck.
