I can call Darren on his direct line, schedule an appointment that is convenient for me, Greenacres is because of our Service Advisor, Darren Evans! I can call Darren on his direct line, schedule an appointment that is convenient for me, and get the A++ customer service starting with that phone call all the way to my departure. We appreciate the Service Technicians who are meticulous when our vehicles are under their care and the staff who ferry our vehicles to/from the Check-In Bay to the Service Bay. Everything was good for the most part. I had to wait for parts, was given a loaner as a courtesy, which was very nice-but it was very dirty. They also charged me for using the turnpike without me knowing, $13 and $10 of it was "Convenience Fee" had I known this, I would have taken my own Sunpass with me. Disclosure is key for me.
