Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change, which took over 2 hours. When I called I asked if I need an appointment, it is recommended so you don't have to wait, well still waited way to long. The service representative that I had was very unprofessional. No arguments or anything but his attitude through the whole experience was very unsatisfactory. Very disappointed, I was promised with confirmation Email that they would hold car for me for 48hrs. Was told the very next morning that the car is sold after a very contradictory voice mail was left. I ask that they would hold car for me for 48hrs. Was told the very next morning that the car is sold after a very contradictory voice mail was left. I ask for a manager call back which they assured me would happen, I’m still waiting. Don’t waste your time with this dealership. Also this was suppose to be my 16 y/o Grandaughter’s first car. Thanks for allowing me to disappoint her!! More
