Very disappointed, I was promised with confirmation Email that they would hold car for me for 48hrs. Was told the very next morning that the car is sold after a very contradictory voice mail was left. I ask that they would hold car for me for 48hrs. Was told the very next morning that the car is sold after a very contradictory voice mail was left. I ask for a manager call back which they assured me would happen, I’m still waiting. Don’t waste your time with this dealership. Also this was suppose to be my 16 y/o Grandaughter’s first car. Thanks for allowing me to disappoint her!! More

After numerous vehicle purchases this was the worst to date. I inquired on a vehicle posted on the internet the salesman confirmed the price when I arrived the vehicle was 4,000.00 more. The sales manager date. I inquired on a vehicle posted on the internet the salesman confirmed the price when I arrived the vehicle was 4,000.00 more. The sales manager Justin Hughes told me all dealers add addendums and they use a third-party to do internet postings so he has no control of that. After emailing Joe Giummo the general manager about the sales practices (I still have not heard anything from him). I am a dedicated GM customer and have been for years. I will never purchase a vehicle from Autonation. There sales practices are unethical. The only person who treated me with respect was the second salesman Phil Sieli. More
My sales person Melanie Space was AWESOME she took her time and walked me through the process. Her service and communication skills is at the top. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends. I ha time and walked me through the process. Her service and communication skills is at the top. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends. I had my doubts if would qualify for the car loan. Ms. Melanie reassured me that everything was going to be alright. She told me that she's working on it and she'll call me back... While waiting on her to call me back I began to pray. I really needed a new vehicle. When she called me back she was SO EXCITED. She said "MELISSA COME AND GET YOUR VEHICLE... "I'M THE PROUD OWNER OF A 2019 CHEVROLET EQUINOX". Thanks to everyone that played apart in making my purchase a success. May GOD continued to bless you all at AutoNation Chevrolet Greenacres... More

Worst place to buy a car. They are more interested in making sure you buy their cars than your safety. I went in with a pre approval with Capitol One and they ran my credit 9 times which somehow took my making sure you buy their cars than your safety. I went in with a pre approval with Capitol One and they ran my credit 9 times which somehow took my credit down 150points!! The most your credit should hit when getting a car is 15points. I found out(after I got a vehicle) they don't check the transmissions in their used vehicles. Within the first 36 days(warranty is 90days) of me having the car it stalled on me right after putting in gas at the pump 3 times, the car vibrates after leaving any stops and the steering wheel makes a popping sound. You can never reach them when you need service. After them looking at my car they said my car had a transmission issue. Once the inspector came out to look at it( takes 2 days with NO COURTESY CAR giving to you) I was told everything was covered under their warranty even the transmission they just needed aftermarket prices for the parts not Nissan. They called after getting the parts but told me they aren't fixing anything but the axels. When I asked why they stated, "The inspector didnt say why."I called the number for the inspector and found out AUTONATION DENIED ALL THE WORK NOT THE INSPECTOR. Meanwhile I've NEVER had an issue with my transmission until they serviced my car for the issues I stated. Now I have a car with a bad transmission. If you ever have to leave your car for one day or days you can expect NO courtesy car issued. This place is a joke. Not to mention my brother got a car from them and they over filled the oil and did not fix his transmission either. More
Terrible communication, I looked at a vehicle I was interested in initially was going to trade in my car. I didn’t like what they offered me which is not the issue. I tolerate them I was still interest interested in initially was going to trade in my car. I didn’t like what they offered me which is not the issue. I tolerate them I was still interested and wanted to know their best price for a deal. The salesman Melvin said he would talk to the manager Rich and he would call. Never did. I called them back seven days later again asking about the vehicle and again was totally Rich would get back to me..Again didn’t happen!! Thence I get called the next day if they can work something out to come down. I get down there to be told the car has been sold!!! At the end of the day it’s a car but I don’t like the lack of respect for someone’s time... Horrible experience. Will never looking at this dealership again More
I purchased a pre owned Mercedes E 400 November 2019 the finance dept. can not supply a title to the credit union who is the lienholder. I am getting emails from the credit union that no one replies to the finance dept. can not supply a title to the credit union who is the lienholder. I am getting emails from the credit union that no one replies to their request to resolve this issue and that Autonation will not respond to the request to have the credit union put on as a lien holder. I have attempted numerous times to contact anyone in the finance/ title department to no avail. If Autonation can not take the time to correct the issues at hand The credit union informs me lawyers may need to be involved COME ON GUYS HOW BUSY ARE YOU? More
