He made the whole experience fairly painless and got us a great deal on 2 leases for our one trade. We couldn't have asked for better. I usually hate dealing with car salesmen but Fred was awesome. I have purchased vehicles from Paul at Autonation in the past, my first time back in 2006. To no surprise, I purchased my new 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT Custom Sport from Paul yesterday. Paul has always delivered superior customer service, along with a fair and honest deal. Paul answered all of my questions honestly, and he made sure I understood everything about the vehicle and the deal. At the other dealers I went to, I was being pushed away because I did not have $3,000 for a down payment, or because my credit score was not perfect. Paul overlooked all of this and made sure I had the best deal on the table before I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Paul was as always courteous, diligent and always had a big smile on his face during the whole process. I am completely satisfied with my vehicle purchase and the excellent service Paul provided during the whole process. I purchased a car and overall experience was nice and short compared to many other car purchases in the past from other dealerships. One thing that caught my attention was the above and beyond customer service that my saleman gave (Ernest Smith) not one time complained or made me feel incomfortable. He met me to take back a car rental and offered to get us lunch. Overall if I decide to purchase again I'll go straight to Autonation Greenacres.
