New to West Palm Beach I am currently moving from NC to West Palm Beach, FL and decided to check out this Chevy Dealership after I finished looking at houses in the area. Wh I am currently moving from NC to West Palm Beach, FL and decided to check out this Chevy Dealership after I finished looking at houses in the area. When I arrived inside the showroom looking at the newest cars on display, Mr Paul Rodriguez approached me and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said no, but that I knew I wanted to get a new car sometime after I got settled in. Within seconds Mr Rodriguez and I had an instant rapport as if we've known each other for a long time. He was super personable and a total opposite from what I was used to back in NC. He showed me a few models, explained the differences of the various upgrades with within the models that I had some interest in. In addition, he casually covered affordability recommending some finance options to get into the car I need. I really don't understand why he spent that much time with me knowing I wasn't going to buy a vehicle that day, but I'm glad he did. This experience had a lasting impression on me. I am in the customer service industry and I can appreciate quality in customer care and without a doubt Mr Rodriguez made me feel welcomed and not rushed. Thank you Paul More

Great Customer Service When I went to Autonation I was taking my current car to collision department because some in the parking lot where I work just hit the driver side of When I went to Autonation I was taking my current car to collision department because some in the parking lot where I work just hit the driver side of my car. The about an hour later the insurance company of the driver who hit me called to tell me my car was totaled. So I decided to go to Autnation to check out some used cars. Fred Moran helped me he took me all around their parking lot to all the used cars really was not interested in any of them so then he drove me to see all the new cars and I fell in love with the Chevy Cruze it was such a nice looking car. So Fred worked with me to make sure I got the best deal and I am happy with everything. Fred was very nice and I would recommend him to anyone and I have recommended him to some people already. My Corvette (C7) Stingray 2014 My wife and I with another couple went to the NYC Auto show in April 2013. I was looking forward to seeing the new Corvette Stingray and passed o My wife and I with another couple went to the NYC Auto show in April 2013. I was looking forward to seeing the new Corvette Stingray and passed other car displays, which I knew I would look at later. Above the display showroom entrance hung a red Corvette convertible. My buddy and I were in such awe of the car! We walked into the showroom and headed back to see two other corvettes, one was blue and the other was a metallic gray. I passed the blue car and went directly to the metallic gray hardtop with Kalahari interior. I was lucky enough to sit inside and instantly “fell in love”. A salesperson handed me a brochure and my journey began. I returned to Florida and was told the car would not be available to order until September. When the car became available I went to a dealership in Broward County to check out the car. As soon as I went to that dealer the car was sold. Realizing then I had to order the Corvette with all the extras. I went home and wrote a list of all the goodies I wanted. By chance my son and I stopped by Auto Nation Chevrolet, Greenacres, FL on November 16, 2013 at 12:35. Fred Moran was the salesman who helped me decide on the extra features I ordered. He was excellent! Fred Moran called on April 22 and told me that my car was being built the week of May 19, 2014 and would be wrapped and ready to be sent on May 22, 2014. Fred Ferrese, Corvette Specialist,, later informed me that my car departed on Friday the 23rd These guys knew how excited I was! Fred Moran called on May 28th at 10:08 and told me, my Stingray was ready to be delivered. I couldn’t wait to sit and drive my baby fast enough!
