Excellent experience. My experience began with me calling the dealership to request a vehicle be brought up from Miami. The took my information and did just that. I located a vehicle I was very interested in online and called to speak with a sales associate. Joe Thomason answered the phone. He was very friendly and knowlegdable of the vehicle in question. He told me if I didn't come and buy it, it would be gone the next day. Now, that may sound like a typical salesman, but I actually believed him. And when my wife and I came and saw the vehicle, I could see why. Although it was 8 years old, it was in very, very good condition. Joe showed us around to some other vehicles as options, but we ended up test driving the Highlander that we originally set out to get. It performed well and handled as if it had 1/10th of the miles, almost new. So we decided to move ahead with the purchase. Joe was very thoughtful to me and my wife and helped all throughout the purchase process. He would come back by where I was seated periodically and inform me where we were in the process. He even expedited the process by having me contact the insurance company early on so I could go ahead and get that done. He was knowledgable of the process, how to make it happen, and not pushy at all. I asked Joe what time he was getting off work. He told me he was supposed to get off at 6:00. With my work schedule I couldn't make it until almost 6:00. He stayed around and went through everything with us and was there until I drove away with my "new" car, which put him considerably beyond his departure time.
