My appointment with Mr. Rodriguez was timely and pleasant. even though the first selected vehicle an Equinox silver color was sold, Mr. Rodriguez went the extra mile to look for another vehicle 20 pleasant. even though the first selected vehicle an Equinox silver color was sold, Mr. Rodriguez went the extra mile to look for another vehicle 2011 that met my requirements and sent me a mail with the characteristics and price of such vehicle. He kept me informed and provided me a report on the specific vehicle for my peace of mind. It is very important to receive a courteous treatment while waiting for final conditions to be met in buying a car. As this Equinox had a GM guarantee, I requested a new key as the one available was not working correctly. The Dealership also replaced the CD player that was jammed and not functioning. My husband and I went to this dealership in search of our first SUV. Dave was very helpful and did not make us feel pressured at all. We came to an agreement on the Equinox, however, I did not go through w first SUV. Dave was very helpful and did not make us feel pressured at all. It would not even hold my jogging stroller so I could only imagine the limited space for traveling. I certainly would have purchased the Traverse had it been in my price range.
