Bought a brand new 2012 traverse and have had problems with it from day one, there 3 day buy back is a lie and they deceive you so you cant bring it back. The traverse has a defect in the paint and i retu with it from day one, there 3 day buy back is a lie and they deceive you so you cant bring it back. The traverse has a defect in the paint and i returned it the next day after i purchased it. They told me not to worry they will take care of it, dont believe them they just didnt want me to return it. They told me to bring the traverse to the body shop a week later(how convient for them, since by then i cant return it) Now i get my traverse back and it looks horrible, paint doesnt match and they scratched the truck and left the inside a mess.
