Purchased a Brand New 2012 Traverse in December, dealership was very kind and helpful before i signed the paperwork. Then when I returned the next day because there was something wrong with my brand dealership was very kind and helpful before i signed the paperwork. Then when I returned the next day because there was something wrong with my brand new Traverse and I was considering returning it(3 day buy back guarantee) I got the run around and was told to come back next week to have service look at it. Well long story short my Traverse has been to the dealer 5 times for the same defect and they still havent fixed it correctly. I told the general manager Rich Ellis that everyone was very nice before I purchased my new vehicle, but after the sale they DONT CARE and quick to pass the buck to another person. I have dealt with every manager in that dealership and now my wife and 2 children (6 months & 2 years) are driving a brand new defective Traverse. I regret purchasing my traverse from this dealership and wish I had gone some where else. BE VERY CAREFUL PURCHASING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! 11/15/2013 Still having problems with the Traverse a year later, Autonation and GM still are unable to repair the vehicle and refuse to give further assistance to resolve the issues. This is the 2nd car we have purchased from this dealership and the 2nd time purchasing a car from Phil Sielly. My boyfriend bought a Chevy Silverado 1500 back in June and I bought a Chevy Equinox l dealership and the 2nd time purchasing a car from Phil Sielly. My boyfriend bought a Chevy Silverado 1500 back in June and I bought a Chevy Equinox last weekend. He is the epitome of a FANTASTIC salesperson. He listens, cares, understands, and does whatever he has to do to make the sale and the experience as easy as possible. He actually makes me want to come back to the delearship to hang out.... that is how comfortable I felt with the entire staff at the Greenacres Autonation. I called Phil on a Wednesday and told him the situation I was in with my current vehicle, he told me the docmuents he would need to get the ball rolling. I brought everything to him on Thrusday and he text messaged me the very next day with updates, when the car would be ready. It was like he read my mind and my situation about the exact car I would want. I scheduled and appt to come in on Saturday at 12pm to sign the papers and he was right on time... with all of the documents I needed and I was pulling out of the dealership within an hour and a half. The car was immaculate and had a full tank of gas. I highly recommend Phil and the entire staff at the Auto Nation in Greenacres. When I left the dealership I went to shake Phil's hand and then gave him a big hug for all of his hardwork he did for me and my son. Hopefully he stays with the Chevy family for a long time because I plan on driving a Chevy for the rest of my life!! More
