HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. I BOUGHT A JEEP FROM THIS SHADY ESTABLISHMENT AND SPENT 7 HOURS WITH THESE UNDERHANDED LIARS TO SEAL UP THE DEAL. WITH THE PROMISE THAT I HAD 90 DAY I BOUGHT A JEEP FROM THIS SHADY ESTABLISHMENT AND SPENT 7 HOURS WITH THESE UNDERHANDED LIARS TO SEAL UP THE DEAL. WITH THE PROMISE THAT I HAD 90 DAYS TO RECEIVE ANY MAJOR REPAIRS ONCE I HAD THE JEEP CHECKED BY A MECHANIC. I INITIALLY STARTED WITH A SALESMAN NAMED ZACK AND WHEN I WENT BACK I COMPLETED THE DALE WITH GEORGE WHO WAS THE ONE THAT DID REPAIRS WOULD BE CONVERTED IF MY MECHANIC FOUND ANY ISSUES AND BOY OH BOY DID MY MECHANIC FIND ISSUES. HARD TO BELIEVE THAT THEY WOULD ALLOW A VEHICLE WITH SO MANY ISSUES TO BE SOLD TO A CONSUMER. WHEN I REACHED OUT TO ZACK AFTER TAKING THE JEEP IN HE NAIVELY JUST IGNORED ME AND DIDN'T REPLY. NO EFFORT WAS MADE TO REACH OUT TO ME REGARDING THE MUCH NEEDED REPAIRS. BUT BEFORE WE SIGNED THE PACKETS THEY WERE SWEET AS SET COULD BE.... THEN RAP SILENCE. UNTIL.... THEY REACHED OUT TO ME SAYING I HAD TO COME BACK IN TO REDO THE DEAL BECAUSE I GOT A NEW JOB AND THEY HAD TO REWRITE THE DEAL AFTER 7 HOURS IN THAT SHADY DEALERSHIP. THEN THEY RAISED MY INTEREST RATE AND PAYMENT WENT UP$100.00 DOLLARS LOL. NEW FINANCING BANK AND ALL GOLD AND IN TOP OF IT ALL THE JEEP NEEDED SO MANY REPAIRS BUT I JUST STAYED A NEW JOB AND REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO HASSLE WITH LOOKING FOR ANOTHER VEHICLE SO I ROLLED WITH IT BECAUSE AFTER ALL THE SALESMAN DID THE REPAIRS WOULD BE COVERED.... LESS LESS AND MORE LESS. TRANSMISSION IS SLIPPING AND IT'S GOT LEAKS ALONG WITH 5 OTHER ISSUES BUT GUESS WHAT LOL. NOTHING IS COVERED WITH THE SERVICE PLAN THEY NEVER OFFERED TO ME!! SO I REACHED OUT TO CHRISTINA THE FINANCING DIRECTOR TO SEE IF THEY'D TAKE THEIR BUCKET OF BOLTS BACK AFTER RESIGNING THE DEAL A MONTH AFTER I HAD THE VEHICLE BUT NOT UNLIKE MY SALESMAN WITH NO MEALS SHE TOO DIDN'T TEACH IT TO ME TO RECTIFY THE MASTER IN ANY WAY POSSIBLE. WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE A HORRIBLE SHADY DISGUSTING EXCUSE FOR A DEALERSHIP. THEIR REVIEWS WHICH I SHOULD HAVE READ ARE LISTED WITH THE SAME COMPLAINTS IN EXPRESSING AND ITS TRULY A VERY UNDERHANDED DEALERSHIP. RUN AAWAY FAST FROM THIS MALICIOUS DEALERSHIP THEY'LL LIE AND SCREW YOU OVER BADLY LIKE THEY DID WITH US. DON'T BELIEVE THEM ABOUT ANY REPAIRS BEING COVERED WITHIN THEIR 90 DAY WINDOW OF OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE THEY'LL CHARGE YOU FOR DIAGNOSTICS TO THE TUNE OF 300.00 AND KEEP THE CAR FOR DIAGNOSTICS FOR UP TO 2 DAYS. I CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW LONG THE REPAIRS WOULD TAKE IF THEY ACTUALLY DID ANY WITHOUT SCREWING YOU OVER FINANCIALLY. NOTHING IS COVERED WOULD BE A GREAT WAY TO START BUT THEY'LL LIE AND TELL YOU IT WILL BE COVERED UNTIL YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK. GEORGE DID THAT TO US AND ZACK IGNORED MY REQUESTS ONCE I HAD THE CAR CHECKED OUT. FINANCING DIRECTOR CHRISTINA WON'T ANSWER YOUR MESSAGES AFTER YOU TRY TO CANCEL THE TRANSACTION AND BASICALLY NOBODY FREAKY WILL GIVE A FLYING YOU KNOW WHAT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... MALICIOUS DEALERSHIP AND I'M JUST SPREADING THE WORD SO NOBODY ELSE HAS TO LEARN THE HARD WAY.
