My tire went flat and I was leaving out of town the next day. I have a tire warranty with AutoNation and they got me in right away. The tire needed to be ordered and Gus got it in the same day! Whatever they put on my Equinox (appearance protection) which I did not order but they put in on without my consent. Now every time you touch the paint it leaves a smudge that is not normal. The detail cleaning of the car before delivery was terrible. Had to have the detailers actually clean parts of the car that they overlooked. Whatever they put on the interior does not look complete. The back seat looks half done. There are still parts on the exterior that need to be cleaned because they did a horrible job before I took possession of the vehicle. More
