Went for recall and asked to test the strength of the battery. Advised there was a diagnostic fee of over 200 to just look at it and another fee to change battery out. O’reilly does both for free. More

What can I say? I don’t believe it was my representative, he said it went straight to the oil bay, at 9:45am. At 12:30 I really started getting upset, my friends were waiting for me for lunch. At 1:30 I was really getting anxious, and told my rep (Gregorio) that I really needed to go. At 2:30 my truck came out, and I was asked if I was paying cash ? I asked how much it was, no one gave me a answer , because nowhe ticket wasn’t cleared out. Thank god at that point another young lady came out from back office and said , she was sorry this is unusual, and my charges were covered. Amen
