Was told that there was no shuttle service on Mondays because the driver worked Saturday & after 20 minutes a driver showed up & drove a customer away. Had to wait 45+ minutes after my vehicle was done because the driver worked Saturday & after 20 minutes a driver showed up & drove a customer away. Had to wait 45+ minutes after my vehicle was done to have it checked out because my service advisor was on lunch break. Not sure why the technician didn’t took the paperwork to the cashier & had me pay & get the keys from her. It was very disappointing experience, really bad customer service !! More
