am a seasonal customer. Brought vehicle in for routine maintenance under my GMC service contract - oil & Filter, rotate tires, Replace cabin air filter. got billed for the Brought vehicle in for routine maintenance under my GMC service contract - oil & Filter, rotate tires, Replace cabin air filter. got billed for the cabin air filter. went home. verified that it should have been covered and requested a refund. Robb said it was too late - the ticket was closed. I asked that he open a new ticket so he could claim the work, and then refund me my credit card charge. Said he couldn't do that, and that I should file a claim with the maintenance plan. did that. Waiting to hear back. Not real happy We may revisit this. More
