I had my Chevy 1500 Silverado High Country Diesel serviced at Autonation Lake Worth. The service was excellent, the service provider was Gus Amian and he did a great job checking me in, keeping me i serviced at Autonation Lake Worth. The Service Writer, Mike Fox was excellent, as always. I called on Friday, he was able to get me in at 8:30 am the next day. 2 Nails in tire, sat 2. 5 hours till even looked at it, then didn't have tire, said it would be there next day, I found a ride home, then wrong tire was delivered, they did c 5 hours till even looked at it, then didn't have tire, said it would be there next day, I found a ride home, then wrong tire was delivered, they did come shuttle me down to put on similar tire, and reordered tire, and 3 days later I returned and waited 2 hours for correct tire to be put on. Shouldn't have taken so long. Tire Kingdom would have done it all in one hour or so. Not what I am used to at this dealer where I bought my car (and 3 other cars) and have ALL of my service performed. I had to bug and nag to get this far. They wanted to just put on tiny donut tire. I had to be way too involved in what should have been a simple repair. More
