Good Luck if they stick you with a defective vehicle! !!! Purchased a 2022 Chevrolet pickup truck. Truck had issues the day we took it off the lot. Made the appointment for service, like they recomm !!! Purchased a 2022 Chevrolet pickup truck. Truck had issues the day we took it off the lot. Made the appointment for service, like they recommended, as I had to wait to get this vehicle in for service, even though it was only a few DAYS old. I was not a priority for this AutoNation Chevrolet dealer in Lake Worth. After much back and forth I had to get GM involved as the vehicle was still having mechanical issues. This vehicle has been sitting at AutoNation for months now. The response from this dealer is “NOT OUR PROBLEM - you bought it, we put new wheels & tires on so the excessive shaking should be okay. However, their remedy, & the GM representative recommendation, did not correct the heavy shaking on the 2022 Chevrolet pickup truck. Now stuck dealing with a new 2022 Chevrolet pickup truck that has never performed like a Chevrolet vehicle should. I have never had this many issues with a Chevy. Not only disappointed with this vehicle but the lack of customer service given by AutoNation, their employees, and management. I Would NOT Recommend This Dealer for the poor service I have received. Buyers beware!!!! Good Luck if you get stuck with a lemon. More

I made a 9 A. M. appointment to have the oil changed. I arrived a little early and waited for Michael Fox to accept my car for service.
