They have a good infrastructure but don’t take advantage of it. They have a very good waiting room, but they don’t ofer the people to use it. The service manager, Mike Fox, was accurate in estimating the time to completion of the ticket. Very professional in my experience, particularly in relationship to other Chevrolet dealers.
