when i called to make an appointment for the ignition recall and gave the model , year , and vin number , you would think they would check to see if the part was in stock before making the appointment. recall and gave the model , year , and vin number , you would think they would check to see if the part was in stock before making the appointment. upon arriving for my appointment i waited 35 min. for the agent to clear the person in front of me. then the agent said to let him make a phone call to see if the part was in stock, so i wouldn't have to sit around for 3 hours only to find out it wasn't. you guessed it it wasn't ! so basically i drove an hour round trip to find out what the agent found out in 10 min on the phone. if that's not incompetence i guess i don't know what the word means .
