Every time I go to Greenacres Autonation I never have to wait too long. I always deal with Michael Fox. He takes very good care of me, my time and my car. I took my truck there because I had always been a loyal client for years all my family always used the same vendor, but these has been an issue since day one , let be me clear that besides paying for the t client for years all my family always used the same vendor, but these has been an issue since day one , let be me clear that besides paying for the truck I had bought an extended gold warranty, wish they didn’t want to honor first, I ended out with a bill from the rented car wish wasn’t my fault how long you had to wait for the parts to arrive the fixed time was more than 10 days almost a month, I had to pay for some parts so what is the gold package for is my question and I would like to have an answer?, my truck was given to me dirty inside and outside, I have a video from my truck, they had broken my two back lights, it has been driving, because the two back doors doesn’t open, and the milles are a lot different from when I took it to the shop to be fix in a towing, the person who I deal with did not want to meet us at the time of the pick up, and whoever did, only ask how the bill will be paid , no keys , not ask for the keys we supposed to give to them , the only nice person was the cashier lady More
Our service representative Robb Swartz was exceptionally competent, knows the process and helps in anyway. I will say like all service departments, they are struggling to keep up with the work load due too competent, knows the process and helps in anyway. I will say like all service departments, they are struggling to keep up with the work load due too lack of qualified mechanics, I do believe GM HQ needs to assist, whether helping with salaries/training centers etc, they need to be part of the solution and not just hand off waiting for it to go away, because this issue hurts the brand and they have come along way in quality and styling. Guy Stuble was are salesman, it took 2 years to get my covette. Guy was aways there for up dates and infomation. When the car arrived on Wednesday we took delivery on Friday. Guy greeted us with a hand shake and smile and show us our car. He when through a very complete showing of the car outside, inside and all the electronies in every way. His help with the paper work was great, made it easy. And he follow up the next day to see if there was any thing I needed help with. Very personable and carry. More
