Service person was Samuel Coffman. He was very professional and recommended cabin filter replacement. When he realized that my auto did not have one, he politely deducted the cost o He was very professional and recommended cabin filter replacement. When he realized that my auto did not have one, he politely deducted the cost of that service. He clearly explained why my tire sensor could not be reset without my key fob, which I dont have anymore. So I understood something I didn"t realize before. They replaced my headlight just fine. Samuel was very personable. really appreciated the shuttle ride to and from home. More
