I recently had my 2013 Chevy Volt serviced. The service has greatly improved. Scott was very responsive to my texts and texted me when my car was done. In the past, I sometimes had to call, because no one told me that my car was ready. I also liked that he knew what Chevy points were. In the past I would bring in my $20 off vouchers and no one knew what they were. I appreciated that he could log into the system and use any points I had towards the service cost. More

I always have a pretty pleasant time whenever I have to bring my vehicle for service. The check in is rather quick and I'm typically given an estimate of my wait time. I found the car I was looking for with less than 7,000 miles. I saw a similar vehicle at a showroom in 2021. I fell in love with it, but it was overpriced. AutoNation had this car at a good price. AutoNation Laurel is always my go to choice for both buying and servicing a vehicle. My 2013 Traverse was having an intermittent problem with the AC where it would only blow warm air. My service rep, Jo buying and servicing a vehicle. My 2013 Traverse was having an intermittent problem with the AC where it would only blow warm air. My service rep, Jose Ramirez-Lara did a great job keeping me informed of the diagnosis and suggestions for repair. The communication could not have been better! Jose listened well and conveyed all the symptoms of the problem to the tech. Both the blower and the evaporator were replaced. This was a labor intensive job so it was expensive but I think the price was fair. Since this was only happening occasionally it may take a while for me to be certain that the problem has been fixed. More
