Service desk department seemed unorganized and grossly understaffed. I was allowed to set up an appointment online, that could not be done once I arrived because of a lack of parts and the time before understaffed. They had the part I needed to fix my car for the recall. But not having another car in my possession, I waited there entire business hours on Saturday to complete what was needed.
