If you want a hassle and questionable customer service in addition sub-par vehicle inventory; shop here! I financed over $35,000.00 and purchased a truck here in June 2020 with a dealers warranty in addition to purchasing an extended warranty. Within 48 hours I identified one of the key fobs does not work. A month later, after getting the runaround, I’m back at this dealership to resolve this situation only for the sales manager to recommend going on YouTube to troubleshoot and reprogram. I provided the Dodge dealership diagnostic clearly stating that it needs to be replaced. This key fob has not been the only issue in less than a months time of purchase. For this establishment to advertise for your hard earned business is pathetic and a joke! More

The salesman texted me pictures of the window sticker, video of the car showing the VIN# and pricing. I agree to pay full sticker, proceeded to purchase online, gave all my information my credit was ran (over 800FICA) everything’s approved. I set my delivery time. Then I get a rude phone call from Sanjeev stating the car is now $10,000 more over sticker. Ofcourse I lose my cool for such a dealership to be this disingenuous and down right unethical dealings with a good client. I called in on 4 different phone lines unable to reach Alex Hafer. I have everything printed out of their listing, photos, my approvals, they ran my credit. Who does that if you don’t even have a deal? Seeking legal action and putting this review on every Facebook page, every GM forum until they right this wrong. More
Worst Buying Experience in 40 years They do not provide quality customer care, no do they respect or care about you the customer. What should have been simple, was drawn out, and I wish They do not provide quality customer care, no do they respect or care about you the customer. What should have been simple, was drawn out, and I wish I had just walked away and purchased elsewhere, it just wasnt worth aggravation of dealing with incompetence people. More

I just purchased a 2020 Chevy Equinox LT SUV (1.5L engine, bucket seats) with the convience package from AutoNation Chevrolet (Laurel) and wanted to share my fantastic experience. I have purchased over 25 new cars and went to AutoNation after doing an exhaustive Internet research/pricing. This is the first new vehicle I have purchased from AutoNation, but it won’t be the last. I began my shopping experience online, as I always do, by requesting internet quotes. Darryl Reid, reached out to me with the best offer. I competed four Chevy dealers against each other and decided on AutoNation due to their pricing, great selection (they seem to have the best selection and configurations in the greater Virginia and Maryland areas). They had six SUVs that I liked sitting on their lot; I asked for a quote on the AWD LT that I liked the best; continued my negotiations, and settled on a great price and even got a great loan from their business office. Darryl provided my wife & I with a thorough introduction to my new Equinox, helped set up the new Onstar account, synched the iPhone with the SUV, programmed our favorite satellite radio stations, showed us several other features, and finished up all the paperwork. AutoNation has retail dealerships all across the nation. They have been selling automobiles for a long time and have a well-earned reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No old school tricks. Darryl is the sharpest new car salesman I have ever met. He is very honest. He never makes a promise he can't keep. He gets you in the car, truck, or SUV that you want as pleasantly as possible. No pressure. Awesome salesman. I will buy my next vehicle from AutoNation Chevrolet. More

Worst Customer Service I have given every opportunity for this service department to gain my business. Every time I go there they disappoint me and anger me even greater for I have given every opportunity for this service department to gain my business. Every time I go there they disappoint me and anger me even greater for believing that anything has changed with them. No system in place to take customers that have an appointment, we make appointments for a reason. We don't have time to wait in line behind six other people. Nothing more horrible than a business that has employees discussing business matters in front of customers while ignoring them. I will continue to buy Chevy but not from this dealership. Please get rid of your service department and contract it out to someone who does it right you might get more business. More

Worse customer service and poor management in service I came in for a oil change and was helped by Jenese. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained services that were recommended but when I I came in for a oil change and was helped by Jenese. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained services that were recommended but when I checked my GM handbook for my recommendations none of the stuff was there. I asked the advisor why she recommend things for my car that GM does not require and she was honest and explained that are are purely preventive maintenance items offered by autonation. While I appreciate her honesty I still do not understand why at 88.000 miles I need a alignment my brake fluid flushed fuel system service transmission flush and some kind of oil additive. GM doesn’t even recommend changing spark plugs until 100,000. But that’s not the worse part while there I encountered and overheard a heated conversation between some of the employees. I learned later that the other lady advisor Nia who has a very foul mouth and bad attitude problem was yelling at a light skinned gentleman. She cursed him out so bad and loud that I heard it I. The waiting room. I went to check and see if everything was alright just to find the service manager Derek Kline standing right there saying nothing at all. Can you believe he did nothing and this isn’t the first time this has happened. This place is childish. When talking to the manager about this he seem to dismiss my concerns. Not only did that leave a bad taste in my mouth about these guys but the technician left the old oil in my car and put new oil in. My car began to act funny when I drove it so I had my husband look at it and he drained three big containers of oil out the car and the car was still full of oil. I took my car back the next day and Jenese came right out and helped me. She later confirmed my suspicions and had my car cleaned also. Although Jenese was great I will never take my car back there. I’ve never been to a place where the manager looks you in your face smiles and tells you that the technician couldn’t have done that. More
