Service person was Samuel Coffman. He was very professional and recommended cabin filter replacement. When he realized that my auto did not have one, he politely deducted the cost o He was very professional and recommended cabin filter replacement. He clearly explained why my tire sensor could not be reset without my key fob, which I dont have anymore. So I understood something I didn"t realize before. They replaced my headlight just fine.
