AutoNation Chevrolet Laurel - Service Center

I had a 9:00am appointment for an oil change. I decided to also have a tune up since there was a special. At 9:45 I was told it would be about an hour and a half. I find it hard to believe a dealership this large would let the parts inventory be 0. I finally left the dealership at 2pm after the bill was adjusted several times. To be correct. More

Oscar Diaz provided excellent customer care. He promptly greeted us upon our arrival and answered any questions and addressed any concerns we had before taking our vehicle in.
