I had a 9:00am appointment for an oil change. I decided to also have a tune up since there was a special. At 9:45 I was told it would be about an hour and a half. I find it hard to believe a dealership this large would let the parts inventory be 0. I finally left the dealership at 2pm after the bill was adjusted several times. To be correct. More
I Albert T Smith did not like the service my truck was not fix and when I call back nobody never pick up the phone and I had a extension number and no one ever call me back it look like some body was goi not fix and when I call back nobody never pick up the phone and I had a extension number and no one ever call me back it look like some body was going through the back of my truck they left everything miss up back there my truck has a warranty but I paid 4.66 dollars and my still not working I had it for 2 and a half years y am I paying money if my truck is under a warranty More

Oscar, the service advisor, did a great job of explaining in advance what services were needed and the amount of time it would take to complete the service. This was helpful in planning my day. It was a good experience, except for the fact I was not informed that not all of the services are available on a Saturday when I made my appointment. Thus leaving me to have to now make a new appointment, informed that not all of the services are available on a Saturday when I made my appointment. Oscar Diaz provided excellent customer care. He promptly greeted us upon our arrival and answered any questions and addressed any concerns we had before taking our vehicle in.
