I have brought two vehicles from autonation and it's the first place I take them both for service. I have been dealing with the laurel store for years. Horrible customer service, atmosphere is not professional at all, you're not greeted or helped unless you approach the desk yourself. Dropped my car off the evening before and never received a follow up call at all, you're not greeted or helped unless you approach the desk yourself. Dropped my car off the evening before and never received a follow up call from Tony. I called several times that morning and left vm, as well. When I arrived, once Tony was off the phone I asked was he going call me and his response was "we have been busy all morning". I was given my keys by a nice gentleman and was told my car was out in the front. I went outside and wasn't able to find my car right away, I went back inside and requested to speak to supervisor because there is no way I should have to search for my car, when there were 4 other people that worked there just sitting around talking among themselves. The supervisor assured me the issue would be addressed. Horrible customer service, will not return here. More

Tony greeted me immediately when I dropped my car off for service, and got me checked in. he confirmed the information that I had submitted online for the services I requested.
