I just left AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines and was very upset with how their sales manager Tino Morris, treats his customers. I told him I only wanted $25K for my car. I showed him the offer from Ca very upset with how their sales manager Tino Morris, treats his customers. I told him I only wanted $25K for my car. I showed him the offer from Carvana which was also for $25k. I said I was not interested if the offer was not for $25K. At that point, he takes his papers, crumbles them up, jumps out of his seat, and runs away. A professional sales manager would kindly, and clearly state I'm sorry I cannot offer you that. His behavior was beyond rude. If this is the way you do business with women, you will end up losing a lot of customers. Women make the majority of purchasing decisions in a home. Tino Morris, obviously does not know this. Hopefully he will be retrained in how to treat a prospective customer. More

From the day I first spoke with the salesperson until the day they finally had my vehicle ready for me to pick up (which took them an entire month) the service was just terrible. First, I was treated with total disrespect by the finance manager. He even pulled a hard credit on me without my approval even though he was fully aware that I already had approval through my bank. Throughout the month, there was no sense of urgency whatsoever to complete the repairs. though they already had full payment from my bank. As I waited for repairs to be done, the salesperson never kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle. I had to be the one to contact the salesperson constantly for updates. In the end, one of the repairs that was promised to be done, was, in fact not done. No surprise there. I repaired it myself rather than ever deal with them again. Horrible! Just horrible! More
Had an "express" appointment today, to get a simple oil change (which I pre-paid for 4 years ago). I get there 10 minutes early. I waited for an "advisor" to come and assist me to check in my car. I fig change (which I pre-paid for 4 years ago). I get there 10 minutes early. I waited for an "advisor" to come and assist me to check in my car. I figured "express" service meant I would be in and out but that was not the case. I waited 20 additional minutes waiting on someone to assist me. I asked about it and was told I needed to wait for someone to become available (although I saw several advisor doing nothing and helping no one). I said, I guess I will leave then. Still no one came to help. So I left. I guess I paid for service I can never receive. Then the manager, David LaBella, reached out to me promising that I would be taken care of the next time (I have all the text messages for proof). That didn't happen. After the promised one hour, I asked about my car. the advisor would not check for me so I went to the service manager, who checked and found out that the car had not even been taken in yet for service. Mr. LaBella said "sorry". I will never return to his dealership to purchase another vehicle, for service of any kind. More
