Really appreciated the service I received from the service manager upon my arrival. My right front tire had blown, and I was using the spare temporarily. She checked my plan and determined I had ro service manager upon my arrival. My right front tire had blown, and I was using the spare temporarily. From the moment I inquired about a certain vehicle I received a call from Victor Espinal, I thought it was going to be another annoying pushy salesman trying to con me to come in to see the vehicle but received a call from Victor Espinal, I thought it was going to be another annoying pushy salesman trying to con me to come in to see the vehicle but NOT Victor, he sent me additional pictures that were not on the website, educated me on the vehicle I was inquiring about AND sent me other matching vehicles that might interest me some with less options and features and some with more. We wasn’t pushy, he was very pleasant and professional at all times. A few days went by and not once did he call me to follow up (to me those follow up calls are annoying and pushy). I called him back to schedule an appointment, he told me the vehcile I was interested in was no longer available (my fault I should acted faster). Victor went above and beyond and found an exact match after looking for weeks. He never gave up and was NEVER pushy and VERY patient with me and my indecisive wife. We developed a great relationship and I will NEVER go to another dealership again nor will I use anyone except Victor Espinal.
