Duane Mccrea may need to be reviewed for he is giving misinformation and that is in which very concerning. We as customers should expect that the information we are receiving since he being a professiona misinformation and that is in which very concerning. I was told that I should not worry about my oil life as low oil doesn’t affect the car whatsoever. I was promised a complimentary car wash as it comes with my service and it was not honored. I was promised a text message for when my car was ready and I was not given a text, I had to reach out for myself. Usually when a car is ready the documents are held with the cashier with the keys but when I arrived I had to go and fetch them for myself. Very dissatisfied with my service. Please advise. More

As Always, the service was excellent from the moment I drove into the service area until my car was brought out once service was completed.
