I took my vehicle for an oil change. They did oil change, filter change and tire rotation. The issue I have is that the vehicle is showing the tire display on the screen when I picked it They did oil change, filter change and tire rotation. The issue I have is that the vehicle is showing the tire display on the screen when I picked it up and it was not like that when I dropped of. The service advisor was very vague on explaining to me why was that on after service. She just took the papers to the cashier and went on her way. I asked the cashier and she said that I should speak to the service advisor. I asked her again and she said that sensors sometimes go bad, but my truck had no issues when I dropped it off. I asked if that would be cover by warranty and she said that I had to check because she didn't know. She was not very helpful and informative, she was very dismissive. I'm not satisfied and my truck keeps showing this sensor and it also shows that the oil and filter needs replacing. I thought that was taking care of. I reached out to the service manager and he was not available. I left a message for him, I have not received a call back from anyone. I guess customer satisfaction is not really important at this place. I paid for a service that was not properly completed and I left with another issue on my vehicle! Very disappointed! More
