I went in for an oil change. The oil change was done within 2 hours. However the person who did the courtesy cleaning should not be working there.I understand that it's not a full The oil change was done within 2 hours. However the person who did the courtesy cleaning should not be working there.I understand that it's not a full detailed cleaning but drying off the car with a dirty towel is ridiculous. I had to take my car to a car wash to have it detailed. The dirty towel left streaks all over the car . My car actually looked better before they got to it.I know that the dealer will not do anything to compensate my time and re-cleaning my car I'm writing this to warn everyone else. More

Andrew honestly is the best services advisor I ever had since I been taking my truck to autonation pembroke pines. Very polite and professional took his time not just to tell me what my truck need it but e since I been taking my truck to autonation pembroke pines. Very polite and professional took his time not just to tell me what my truck need it but explained it to me. He's very knowledgeable and made my visit smooth as possible. I'm requesting for him to be my services advisor everytime and if he's not available I'll wait till he is before taking my truck back. More
