I always already told they would give me $4000 for my car then that change big time The day I went in there I got there at 1230 test drove a few cars I told them from beginning that I only had a certain amou then that change big time The day I went in there I got there at 1230 test drove a few cars I told them from beginning that I only had a certain amount to give that day and said I could give more on Friday I also said I have to be at work by 4'00 so after all the paper work was done everything sign and was time for down payment I looked at and I said I never said I was giving that much. So they took all the paper back from and said when cant give you the car now it's 6 o clock and guess who's late to work and wasted a whole day and had to transfer everything back in my name because they misheard me More

Purchased a 2018 Corvette grand sport convertible great looking car, but it sucks that I purchased a convertible and the top does not go up or down like it should when you push the buttons only worked one looking car, but it sucks that I purchased a convertible and the top does not go up or down like it should when you push the buttons only worked one time since then has not worked at all. Took 7-8 days to get diagnostic completed. Communication was not the way I expected. Between the warranty company and the car service area, I didn't receive my vehicle until 1 month later and Communication was not the way I expected. Between the warranty company and the car service area, I didn't receive my vehicle until 1 month later and one of the areas that was worked on the panels weren't placed back properly. I've been a customer for 15 years at this AutoNation Pembroke and has never experience this long of a wait for service.... More
