Very Poor customer service,after my car was serviced got it back dirty with grease around the hood,nobody even ask me I everything was ok,the lady at customer service that made my appointment was rude,had a it back dirty with grease around the hood,nobody even ask me I everything was ok,the lady at customer service that made my appointment was rude,had a check light on and the service dept representative wanted me to leave my car 5 days just to check it because they were back up with work,unbelievable just to check a light. After having my truck for 4 hours and called me to tell me it was ready (oil change and tire rotation), I get a call back saying that they serviced another truck instead of mine (because they were the same me it was ready (oil change and tire rotation), I get a call back saying that they serviced another truck instead of mine (because they were the same color).
