Service writer appeared to be disturbed that I brought my Ford truck, which I have an AutoNation service plan in place on, to the auto nation Chevy dealer for an oil change. Advised that the Ford dealers kno Ford truck, which I have an AutoNation service plan in place on, to the auto nation Chevy dealer for an oil change. Advised that the Ford dealers know the truck better. He was told another dealership of Ford has done all the services needed, except the oil change, than a month earlier. Even with an appointment that indicated I was going to wait on the vehicle it took over three hours for an oil change. I am regretting the prepaid AutoNation oil change package with this type service. More
