He sadly retired 6 months prior to my newest purchase which made me a little apprehensive about AutoNation Chevrolet and all from the same salesman. I spent at least 8 hours in the dealership before I finally closed the car deal. I know I was buying my car to be registered in Indiana which was more complicated. They ask me to have my title sent overnight & they would pay for it. I’ve messaged the bill 2 times & they haven’t refunded the cost of the overnight charge. My titled was in my name & my hudband’s name. My husband died 11 years ago. A copy of the death certificate wasn’t enough. I had to get an original death certificate for them. It wasn’t easy doing business with them. They were nice but I don’t think they knew what they were doing. More

I went to purchase a new truck and trade my vehicle. At this point my trade-in car was already gone to somewhere else at the dealer and my wife had already left after she signed the paperwork. The dealership literally offered me nothing. The finance guy at the end even asked had I know would I still have bought the truck. My answer absolutely not. To top it off, less than a week later, I am told my truck is due for service.
