This was my first time dealing with Autonation and I am beyond impressed. Everyone we dealt with was great, from Devin (sales), Srey(Finance), and Michael (post sale service for warranty item). Special kudos to Devin for taking the lead on every aspect of our purchase, including getting the vehicle transported, working the deal to closure in a very straightforward and honest manner, and also arranging for our (unexpected/minor) service call a couple days later. He could have said 'call service dept', but he didn't. It was labor day, but he made sure to verify the part was on hand, and set up the appointment time for me. Then he called me Tuesday morning once the service dept opened to tell me everything was arranged, the part was in stock and my appointment time was set with Michael in service. They had the component(bad switch) replaced on Wed am while we waited. Now that is service! I would definitely buy from Autonation again, BECAUSE of the great job these guys all did. They are a very result oriented, professional, and motivated team. More
