I recently purchased a used Chevy Colorado pickup from AutoNation Chevrolet. I am pleased with both the truck and the price I paid. However, the truck was delivered with an empty tank of gas. In the past 43 years, every vehicle, new or used, that I purchased from a dealership came with a full tank of gas. I expected better from them. Also, their 125-point Certification Inspection indicated that the upholstery met certification guidelines. General Used Car Certification Guidelines list that the upholstery should not have any tears. I pointed out a small tear on the driver seat and was told the repair was my responsibility to fix, not AutoNation’s. They should either honor repairing the seat to meet their standards or not assert that it meets the certification standards. More

I purchased a vehicle and was very happy about it and loved it had all the technology that I wanted in it, only thing it was missing was the sunroof which I was fine with, the screen that the radio plays loved it had all the technology that I wanted in it, only thing it was missing was the sunroof which I was fine with, the screen that the radio plays on was flickering so I brought it in the next day and they told me that I would have to wait 3 days, no rental car or loaner available for me which I was disappointed about. Then they finally called me not the service department but the sales person I was working with nd they told me that the parts that they need to order was on back order for 2 to who know how many weeks or months, so they offered to put me in a similar car, without the technology package that I Loved, had to choose which car a white one or a blue one. Asked them to see a totally different car and they wouldn't let me see it. which I was not happy about, I was seeing if there was a car that I many like another car then the equinox but they wouldn't let me see any of the other cars, so I was stuck with the equinox, did not get out of the dealership till almost 9pm for the second night. Could have given me a deal for all the hassle that I have had to go through especially having my kids with me the entire time, More
