The guy is a champ and knows how to treat people who are trying to buy a car. He eliminated the silly and antiquated "theatre" of purchasing a vehicle and basically stayed out of our way so we could make an informed decision. Wayne is just a flat out honest and respectable person. Time and again this guy went out of his way to make us happy. I have to really give it to the GM Jim and his staff for providing a respectable and exceptional service to us during and after the purchase. Mr. Gabriel Rodriguez made purchasing a new vehicle a pleasure. My first impression of him was as an outgoing and very friendly professional. I had the opportunity to meet other buyers and prospective buyers Gabriel was working with and found they found him to be at the top of the class. AFter dealing with him and the Autoway Cleaarwater staff I must say it is a notably different operation then one I previously experienced even less then a year ago. Gabriel made every detail of the buting process clear and concise and did not conceal any details from me. We inspected the automobile prior to purchase and any promises made have been kept to this point. He efficiently presented all the cost data prior to the sale and managed the process with considerable efficieny while maintaining his positive upbeat personality. Made it a pleasure to buy a car which is normally such a stressful experience. I was disappointed in the total dollar value of my trade in, but that had nothing to do with Gabriel or in point of fact the dealership. Market forces prevented a higher trade in value then if I had presented the car for public sale considering the outstanding condition if my trade vehicle. Most importantly I felt as if I was dealing with an honest broker. A new experience for me in dealing with suto sasles personnel. No "cost" games were played and I feel I was treated fairly. I was fortunate to get the opportunity to deal with Gabriel Rodriguez; if I had not, I'm not sure if I would have made the purchase at this time. Gabriel made the difference in a buy-no buy decision. Even though I'm paying for the vehicle I can still off a job well done to Gabriel and the staff of the dealership. The young man who processed the final ssales documents was well trained and presented all the issues with clearity and efficentcy.
