The vehicle was brought in at 2 p.m. for a driver’s airbag recall, and I spoke with Laura Igarza after the replacement, the horn, which was fully functional prior to the visit, ceased working within an hour of returning home. I contacted the dealership immediately, and I was informed that the horn was broken prior to the repair—this contradicts my experience, as it was working perfectly beforehand. I believe the issue stems from improper reconnection during the airbag installation, possibly involving the clock spring or wiring.
